Good info - but tons of errors and mismatched case examples in text. Not worth $70
By Mollee
The book defines vocabulary terms and describes processes/roles/etc in fairly understandable terms.
However, some of the case examples DO NOT match the examples and are accidentally repeated.
For example, the same case is used to illustrate a consultant assuming a directive role and a consultant assuming a process role in chapter 2. For me, this makes differentiating the two confusing. On page 32, the paragraph following Case 2.3 describes a different case (not 2.3) that is not present in the chapter (if it's in the book at all). I'm only 3 chapters into this book and I'm dreading having to finish it for class. Yikes!
